9/25/10

This morning was chaotic! It was post office, bank, and then to Joe's parents to get his car fixed.. Oh and then I had to run to Chaska to get parts for Joe's car and then back to his parents.. As usual Kaylee snuck on the computer! I'm ready to smash that thing in.. She walks in the door and heads straight for the computer! Joe and I have told her many many times that she is not allowed on the computer so she is constantly getting on it and getting in trouble.. The password lock is on it but she has uncles who dont remember to shut it down or at least log out when they get off which means that Kaylee gets on it with no problems.. ARGH! I enjoyed the mid day a ton! Debbie, Jackson, Nathan and I went to Burnsville to go to the Halloween store out there.. It was pretty lame for a Halloween store.. Not a ton of selection for baby boys (which is what we were looking for) nor was there anything that cost a decent amount for Debbie's son Jackson! They wanted $50 for a SWAT te...

Neglecting the blog readers

I am so sorry that I have not been blogging each night! Blogging on my phone really is terrible!! Lets see... the last few days have consisted of me being tired.. the usual! Last night was to the extreme! I think I got 3 and a half hours of sleep and no those were not consecutive hours! I am in no mood to blog much tonight either.. Its late and we have been fighting with Natalie all day long.. She has been extra 'naughty' today.. I have written and re-written this blog tonight many times.. trying to explain my Natalie.. Only those of you who know her and see her often realize just exactly what I am talking about.. She is something else let me tell you. I cant put it into just the right words.. Its tough! Lily has crashed now and I believe the older two have as well (THANK GOD!!) so I am going to put her to bed and head in the same direction myself! G'nite and hopefully I will have something more interesting for you tomorrow!

Dentist and doctor appointments today

I am thinking I already don't like this fall.. Everyone either has a booger nose or a stuffy nose.. I however am starting to feel something in my throat! Ugh! Not only are the germs bugging me, I am not a fan of hunting season! Which starts tomorrow.. So this is the time of year I sacrifice seeing my husband.. He goes off hunting every weekend and is at work all week.. I guess it's part of marrying a farmer and hunter.. After 9 years you would think I'd be used to it, but nope! :) Today Natalie, Kaylee and I went to the dentist.. It was Natalie's first trip! She enjoyed it believe it or not!! Kaylee however has 4 cavities!! I pester her all the time to brush her teeth but she thinks she knows everything! Natalie had perfect teeth, and I had 3 dang cavities! They got filled right away today and I am in more pain now that they have been filled then I was before!! It stinks! Kaylee goes back in next Thursday and the following Tuesday!! I don't think she realizes yet ho...

Busy busy day

This stinks! I'm back to blogging via my phone.. It's a long story so I'll shorten it by just saying that AT&T sucks! :) Today was a very busy day! I woke up at 3am, couldn't fall back to sleep, woke kids and fed them at 7am, brought Kaylee and Natalie to school, came home and sat for all of an hour, got a call from Kaylee's school nurse, called the Dentist, picked Kaylee up from school, pick Natalie up from school early, rush to the dentist, take Kaylee back to school, pick up lunch, put the kids down for a nap, then the rest is all typical day to day stuff.. Anyways, Kaylee fell off of the monkey bars at school. She has a scuffed up chin and she also knocked three teeth loose. Thankfully they are all baby teeth. The icky part is that she can't have anything to eat or drink that is too hot or cold for two weeks! Room temps only! She also can't have things like bagels, jerky, gum, etc. We also have to watch her gums to make sure she doesn't have a pi...

Natalie's first day of preschool

We have been a very busy household this week so far and we are only on Tuesday!! Natalie had her first day of preschool yesterday! She was SO excited! She had breakfast, we took pictures, got Kaylee onto the bus and then headed to Natalie's school! She walked into the room with her head held high! She went right for the puzzle table again and that is where I left her to play! She didnt fuss or whine once! She was completely content to play with the toys and make new friends! Her teachers are Miss Jennifer and Miss Michelle! Natalie and Miss Jennifer As for today, we started MOPS again! Yay! I love going to MOPS! I cant wait for the year to kick into gear!!! Today is also my parents 25th wedding anniversary so I brought them the sibling pictures that we had done and a giftcard for a date night or two and a card! It was from all of us kids! Anyways I just wanted to get these pictures posted so I am off to bed now! Much love and g'nite!!!

Garage Sale...

Today was by far the best day! The weather was perfect and the people were shopping!! I have probably cleared out half of my little girls clothes! So that is good! I am so stinking tired.. I dont know what the deal has been lately but I am beat! Nathan has been very cranky the past two days so if it continues onto tomorrow too, I will be taking him to the Dr to have him checked out. He is never usually cranky! Lillian was so stinking tired tonight that she couldnt hardly walk straight! (it doesnt help that her jammies were too small - thats why they had a price tag on them) That poor baby kept falling over and was so exhausted! She didnt get in her afternoon nap and didnt sleep very long for her morning nap! Poor precious baby girl! Natalie starts preschool on Monday! She is SO excited! She cant hardly wait! She has asked every morning since she went to orientation if today was they day that she gets to go to school! Kaylee had a good second week of second grade! She brings home homewo...

Its been a while..

I have been busy with the garage sale.. Thats really all there is to chat about tonight... Oh yeah, Natalie had her preschool orientation last night! She seemed to have liked it.. We met her teachers and she played in the classroom.. She got her name tag that she has to wear for the first couple of weeks.. I took some pictures outside at the house before we left but didnt get a chance to pull out the camera while visiting.. She is such a little ham! And a stinker I might add  ;o)

9/7/10

I have been working on garage sale stuff and am now ready for it to be over!! We will open on Thursday! And hopefully only be open through Saturday afternoon! Tomorrow we will be bringing our Natalie to open house/ orientation for preschool!! Yikes! I have never been through this before as Kaylee didnt ever go to preschool!! I am hoping that it'll be a smooth and easy sailing kind of day! There isnt much to update on right now as each and every day has been garage sale based... :-/ I really appologize for that! I know its not very interesting to hear nothing new.. On the bright side, Nathan was officially 2 months old on the 5th!! He is changing SO much already in just the last two months! Oh and Kaylee brought home fundraiser stuff today! So if you are interested in ordering, please let me know and we will either get your order via the website or through the catalogs!! I am off to bed now though! I'm so sleepy and have a long night ahead of me tomorrow! G'nite!

Exhausted

I'm extremely tired.. I have been working on garage sale stuff again all day today! Joe helped too.. A HUGE thank-you goes out to Debbie G. for taking Nathan and Natalie for us for a few hours!! It was SO nice not having to chase Natalie around or feed and change Nathan as it takes more time away from pricing when you have multiple kids to care for.. If you know of anyone having a little girl, send them our way! I would really like to see ALL of our stuff go! Well, not all.. I'm having a hard time letting go of 'that dress' or 'that snowsuit' or 'that outfit'!! It really does have to go though! I kept all of the kids' 'coming home' outfits and thats all I am keeping for them! Anyways I really dont have a ton to blog about tonight.. So I am going to shut down and head to bed as soon as Nathan is done eating and is sleeping! *fingers crossed* for him to crash soon!! :o)

Back To The Garage Sale...

:-/  Okay so before my cousin and her daughter came to town I was so pumped to have a garage sale and get rid of all of our baby girl clothes and down size the amount of clothes that we have that Lily and Natalie have yet to grow into.. Anyways.. I got a nice break when Debbie and Madelyn were here and I completely lost all ambition to do a garage sale.. to be completely honest I wanted to just drop it off at goodwill.. Or even Once Upon A Child! But now with Carver's Steamboat Days coming up this weekend we have decided to price everything and squish our garage sale stuff with Joe's aunts stuff! I will eventually post pictures of the GOBS of clothes that we have! Its unreal!!!!! Some of the sutff is even still brand stinking new with tags still on it! But that is our project for all day tomorrow and hopefully not all day on Monday too! Lets see... what else did we do today...? Oh Joe and I met with our insurance agent about life insurance.. Then we sat at Joe's parents for...

Target Field 9/2/10 & Relaxing 9/3/10

No folks.. I didnt blog last night.. I got home shortly after 1am this morning.. My brother Mikey, my sister Kimmy, and I went to the Twins vs Tigers game at Target field! Our cousin is the Detroit Tigers personal trainer.. He reserved three tickets for us so we got to go! It was sooo much fun and we had such GREAT seats!!! We got to the field early.. got rained and hailed on.. spotted a beautiful rainbow when the sun came back out.. and then headed into the field to get to our seats.. We sat just behind home plate about 20 rows up.. Just far enough up that we were covered with a roof incase it should rain again! It got pretty chilly too! I completely forgot that the Twins now play outside so I didnt think to grab a sweatshirt.. Oops! And our high today was a whole 65 degrees so I am sure you can imagine what last night was like.. Plus we had a breeze to go with it.. After the game (a whole 13 innings!!!) we went out the the parking ramp to find our car.. It took us easily a half an ho...

I have a little fishy named Lillian!

So Kaylee is just about done with her first week of school already... Here she is waiting for the bus this morning! Today has been very interesting to say the absolute least! It all began this afternoon when Lily went down for nap.. She first went down at 10:30am.. I check on her shortly before 11 to see if she was sleeping yet.. Sure enough.. NOPE! She instead stunk up their bedroom with a dirty diaper.. So I brought her to the living room to change her and then back to the crib she went so she could take a nap! I checked on her about thirty minutes later and when I did, this is what I found... Well Nathan and Natalie both crashed too so I did also!! When I woke up it was 2:30pm! Yup we slept through lunch!! I panicked thinking I slept through Lily waking up from her nap as she doesnt ever sleep for 3 hours for a nap.. So I right away went to check on her.. When I got into her room I found a nakey baby! YUP! She ripped her diaper off and threw it on the floor and then fell back to sle...
