"Crack" Dip

It's tailgate time again, so I thought I would post my favorite tailgating appetizer. When we go to any potluck or tailgate, this is that I am required to bring. We call it "crack dip" because it is addictive like, well you get the idea... It combines 2 of my favorite things: sausage and cream cheese. Whats not to love? 1 lb. of sausage (You can use mild or hot. Whatever your preference ) 2 brick of cream cheese 1 can of Rotel tomatoes Brown the sausage. Drain very well (I also rinse it to get any extra grease) and return to skillet. Melt in cream cheese and Rotel . Put in a crockpot on lowest setting to keep warm. Enjoy with tortilla chips or Fritos ! YUM!

Cheesy Slow Cooker Chicken

Found another great blog to follow tonight! Be sure to check it out! Here All credit to GoodenessGracious This Goode & Gooseberry Project Recipe is officially in my “I’m running out the door, but Mom needs a quick fix for dinner tonight” file. (Yeah, like I have a file… and even if I had a file… not sure I’d be able to find it–since I am rushing out the door and all… which is why I am putting this here, where I will always be able to find it ) Cheesy Slow-Cooker Chicken. Yum! Just grab your magical crock pot Put in some boneless skinless chicken breasts. Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste (but don’t go tasting on the raw chicken… just sayin’) Then pour in 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup and 1 can Cheddar Soup on top Done. Cook on high for 6 hours. Easy Peasy! Serve over mashed taters or Puddie style… Pull the chicken apart and make it up Manhattan style

Showcase 2011

August 18-20 I was in Minneapolis, MN for the Creative Memories convention. It was awesome again this year! The new products are amazing! And my team this time was 100% better then when I went in 2008! We got a hotel room at the Corwne Plaza, just six blocks from the convention center. Here are some pictures of this years showcase!
