I am thinking I already don't like this fall.. Everyone either has a booger nose or a stuffy nose.. I however am starting to feel something in my throat! Ugh! Not only are the germs bugging me, I am not a fan of hunting season! Which starts tomorrow.. So this is the time of year I sacrifice seeing my husband.. He goes off hunting every weekend and is at work all week..
I guess it's part of marrying a farmer and hunter.. After 9 years you would think I'd be used to it, but nope! :)
Today Natalie, Kaylee and I went to the dentist.. It was Natalie's first trip! She enjoyed it believe it or not!! Kaylee however has 4 cavities!! I pester her all the time to brush her teeth but she thinks she knows everything! Natalie had perfect teeth, and I had 3 dang cavities! They got filled right away today and I am in more pain now that they have been filled then I was before!! It stinks! Kaylee goes back in next Thursday and the following Tuesday!! I don't think she realizes yet how bad this is. I'm hoping (mean I know) that it'll scare her into brushing her teeth every day!! My problem isn't with brushing, it's flossing! Lesson learned! I am going to buy the little floss pick things! I hate putting my fingers in my mouth so hopefully that'll do the trick for me!
Nathan had his two month well check today.. Poor little man got three shots and an oral medication too.. His last shot made him bleed like a stuck pig! I picked him up to comfort him and felt something warm on my hand to discover it was his blood.. Poor little guy ruined his sock and soaked up a band-aid!
Lily had a tumble accident tonight.. She tripped, fell backwards and hit her head on the corner of the wall. Plus she bit her tounge too! She bled, but a freezie made her all better!! She is a freezie-aholic!! If she sees you open a freezer, she thinks there is a freezie in there just for her and will squabble until she gets one haha.. Anyways it's bedtime now and everyone is sleeping! G'nite
I cannot resist but to comment that I think Lilly gets that from Nat. After now being tall enough to stand in teh fridge, open the freezer, grab a popsicle and then say "grandma said I could" when grandma was no where near... that little stinker :) cute as a button but all she had to do was ask.. because then she got in trouble for lying about it (of course happend numerous times in a row!).. all we need to get them for their bday is freezie's :D easy enough.
ReplyDeleteOh that is SO my Naughtalie!!! Haha! She is such a little sink pot! One Sunday Lynn and Steve were going to go get bread for the cattle and Natalie asked if she could ride with. Steve told her there wasnt room.. She came back to Joe, Stevie and I and said "Grandpa said I could go and go get in the truck" We all just looked at eachother as she ran to the front of the house to jump in the truck and laughed! Sure enough when Steve drove the truck to the back driveway there sat Natalie in the back seat with her seatbelt on! I ended up tagging along to go get bread for that day. Haha!
