I am going to try to make Lily a tutu!! I have lots of tulle sitting in the closet and have never found a way to make a tutu, but I guess I never looked hard enough.. I am anxious to get started so I might just have to go to the craft store tonight and buy elastic and ribbon! :o) Yay! I will be sure to post pictures as I go!!
