Tator Tot Hotdish

Mmmm mmmmm mmmm!!!!!!

So I found this blog, Carrie's Sweet Life through my girlfriend, Amy with Amy's Kitchen Creations.

Carrie had this recipe front and center on her page when I came accross it and so I have to share but the credit is all hers! I LOVE LOVE LOVE tator tot hotdish as long as it doesnt have frozen green beans and peas.. So this recipe looks like a perfect match for ME!!!! I can't wait to try it! I am going to have to go to the grocery store soon! :o)

Tator Tot Hotdish
  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 can cream of corn soup
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Fry hamburger and onion until cooked through. Drain off fat.
Add both corns, soup and 1/2 of tatertots. Stir until well mixed.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan top with remaining tatertots.
Bake for 1 hour. Top with cheese bake until cheese is melted.
