Today was nothing new.... It was just Lily, Nathan and I until Joe got home from work. After he came home we went to get the mail and then headed up to his parents house to get Kaylee and Natalie. That visit didnt last long.. Steve was crabby and Joe got yelled at for no good reason so Joe got pissed and we left.. Oy!
Then it was off to get dinner.. and then we came home.. It has been nice to sit at home all night.. Well until I attempted to restore my iphone and lost internet connection and got locked out of my phone.. So Natalie and I ventured down to Caribou to use wi-fi.. yeah they didnt have a very good signal tonight so we came back to the house to get Joe's phone so I could call my cousin Steve and ask him how to get it into a 'safe-mode' so I could continue with the restore! As usual Steve was able to help and my phone is back to perfect! :) Thanks Steve!!
Joe sent me a text message earlier today.. A few jobs are open in Owatonna at their Caterpillar shop.. Joe applied for the assembler position. I'm asking for your prayer if you are a believer! It would be a direct hire postition with Caterpillar! It'd be a little higher pay then what he is getting now! He would get the benefits (paid holidays, vacation time, etc)! The draw back: it is almost 70 miles from home!! :-/ This really really bothers me as he would be driving two hours each day just to get to and from work if the weather and road conditions are good.. And I DONT want to move south! I really really DONT WANT TO MOVE SOUTH!! I dont want to be any farther from the cities! I dont want to be farther from my girlfriends that are already an hour north of me! I dont want to pull Kaylee from the school district and move her to another where she wouldnt know anyone! We already switched her schools and she had to start over and it took her over half of the year to adjust! If Joe is meant to get the job he will get it. If not, then he wont. Only God knows what is right for us! I'll do all of the things I dont want to do IF its meant to be. Please pray that God is extremely clear to us if Joe should take on the job if offered a position. And also pray that he lets us know if we need to move or if Joe driving the distance would be what is best. If we need to move please pray that he provides. He has ALWAYS provided for us so I dont know why I am so worried about this. Especially since all he has done is apply.. Hahaha! I'm just a worry wart!!
Tomorrow I WILL be getting together with my cousin before she heads back to VA! :-( I sure wish she would stay for good! Madelyn and Lillian could grow up together and be buddies like Debbie and I did! :-) That is another thing I will pray for! Hey they are hirring more temps at CAT and Kris her husband could get in there with Joe! :-) Wouldnt that be AWESOME!? I'll keep dreaming and wishing and praying!!
