Taste of Shakopee

Oh boy! What an eventful evening we had! (sarcasm folks) Today was very normal again.. Well.. Maybe not 'normal'.. I got a lot done today! Even after a night of very little busted sleep I was a busy bee!! I folded three baskets of clothes and put them away.. And we have three more baskets of dirty clothes to get washed yet :( anyways I also cleaned our bedroom. I made room in our bedroom for a small dresser for Nathan! Yay to having a small dresser for the little man! Now I can empty another laundry basket and a half!! I also got my clothes into my broken dresser!! :) out of sight out of mind! Now I only have one basket in my bedroom!! 

Kaylee cleaned the girls' room!! That helped me SO much as they never clean their room!! The girls only have one basket in their room and the rest.. Well they are filled with dirty clothes! Yeah I'm fessing up!! We tend to only do laundry once a week as we have to take it to Joe's brother and sister's house to get it done!! That's okay though! I'd rather just dedicate one whole day to laundry then have to do a small load every single day.. I'm just thankful we don't have to go to a laundry mat! 

Wow I just babbled a TON about our laundry! Sorry!!! 

Anyways once Joe got home this afternoon we took the kids all down to the Taste of Shakopee! We met Kimmy down there! The girls liked seeing her!! We only stayed long enough to spend $20 in tickets (which didn't take long to do) and we walked around the business expo! That's always worth the free stuff! ;) Tonight we got 5 toothbrushes, two decks of cards, bracelets for the girls, mouth wash, pencils, pens, candy (the older girls LOVED that!), and some other miscellaneous things! The girls enjoyed getting the free stuff! They were trained right! :) I even love when Nan and I go somewhere and she finds a coupon on the ground, she picks it up with enthusiasm and shouts 'mom I found a coupon!'. It's great!

I'm off to bed now! Hopefully I get more sleep tonight then I did last night! There won't be any pictures for this post as I forgot that I had my camera in my pocket!! Oops!
