- 2 jars alfredo sauce, I prefer classico but any will do
- 1 bag tortellini
- 1 package of italian sausage
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan
Fry sausage until it’s cooked through.
Cook tortellini as directed on package.
Pour alfredo sauce into cake pan. Add 1/4 cup water to each jar and shake to get all alfredo sauce. Pour into cake pan. Pour tortellini, and parmesan on top.
Cut sausage into 1/2 inch thick pieces and top tortellini.
Mix well. Top with mozzarella.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
