Edinborough Park

Today Natalie had preschool.. Her one and only day for the week due to MEA! Kaylee has school again tomorrow but is off Wed-Fri! It was a typical Monday morning..

Joe let me know when he called today that his line lead thinks that the guys that applied for the full time permanent jobs through Caterpillar will know tomorrow.. *praying like a crazy fool* When Joe told me that, I instantly became nauseous!

I did some cleaning today too.. Trying to get things in a place for winter because we have radiators for heat and we cant have anything blocking them, which means nothing on one whole wall in each room.. :-/ Trust me! Its very hard to do with this many people and all of our stuff haha!

I also made my Cheesey Italian Tortellini!!!! Yummy!!!! I will post the recipe below incase you are interested.
Whooo hooooo! After dinner, Kaylee, Natalie and I went to Edinborough Park in Edina for a play date with some friends! When it was time to leave, I put my mechanic skills to the test! Becky, Kaylee's friend Kelsy's mom, had left her headlights on and it drained her battery.. SO since I remembered that I had jumper cables in my stow n' go, I lended a hand! Yay me!! I have never gotten to do that before but I am oh so glad that I knew how! (thanks Joe) I even called Joe just to reassure myself that red was positive and black was ground (negative).  :o)

Anyways its almost bedtime here so I need to help get the kiddos ready and in bed.. I am tired today.. Not sure what extra I did to make me tired, but I am so g'nite!!!!

Cheesey Italian Tortellini

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1 (9 oz) pky refrigerated cheese tortellini

1 cup shredded mozarella cheese

1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes w/ Italian herbs (undrained)

1.) cook beef and sausage over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown, drain

2.) spray inside of slow cooker w/ cooking spray. Mix beef mixture, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in slow cooker

3.) cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours

4.) stir in tortellini; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook on low about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini is tender

Hope this helps!! :) it's my favorite!! Also, I double the receipe as it gets my fmaily of six through dinner and leave left overs for lunch the next day! :o) It tastes just as good reheated!
